Our Background
Nic Solli has been a leading suspended ceilings supplier and installer for over 30 years in Scandinavia. The company was based in Norway,but worked around Europe providing installation for well known brands such as H&M, IKEA,Volvo and more. Over the years Nic has become a trusted professional in the industry and a recognised employer. The company was not just limited to suspended ceilings but also installed kitchens, modular wall partitions, libraries and warehouse installations to the commercial industry.
As a company we have worked and collaborated with some of the biggest construction companies in Norway on multi million pound projects. However, as our customer base was both commercial and domestic we ensured that all customers received the same professional, reliable and trustworthy service no matter how small or large the project. Delivering a high quality service at a competitive price earned us an excellent reputation and helped us retain customers and gain new customers through word of mouth
How did we end up in UK after so many years in Norway?
Nic Solli's companies have always been family run businesses comprising of a Norwegian husband and Liverpudlian wife managing a team of 12 employees.Two of our children studied in England and have settled here and after much thought and a fair amount of heartache we decided to sell up and follow our children to England. This wasn't an easy decision to sell out and move over to the UK but it was something that we felt we had to do for the sake of our family.
We decided to use the move as a fresh start and a new challenge and after spending several months purchasing a house and getting settled we now feel ready and motivated to start up again and put into good practice the knowledge and experience that we have gained over many years in the industry. We are looking forward to the challenges of working in a different culture and environment, We will continue to adopt the same positive approach to all projects and our work ethic and key values of being customer focused, trustworthy and reliable whilst remaining competitively priced will remain.
